Donovan did an excellent job retrofitting repairs to my kitchen faucet supply lines, and installed our new faucet. He was very informative and answered all our questions. We will see him again to install our water softener!

Daniel came over to replace our washer box. Our condo was built in 1986 and the washer box was on of few things that had not been replaced and the leak from it was coming thru our neighbor below ceiling. He did a good job and the work is guaranteed for a year. I feel confident this will fix the issue.We had to request another visit from Flow Pros on 12/13/23 when our water heater quit on us. Justin came out and judged to unit need to be replaced and surprising he had new unit installed and running same day. Hot water was back. Thanks Justin.Apparently the water heater had a bad element so we needed to call Justin out again only this time it became difficult. At first I was upset cause the first appointment had to be moved due to Justin getting stuck on a job late. However he promised we would be the first appointment so I was upset when we got the text to confirm he was on his way only for us to wait several hours then to be called to reschedule. I did reschedule for the following day but I called back and asked why our appointment was moved. About and hour or so later Justin calls and explains that due i tech calling sick and another having to go to hospital and one on vacation he had to take care of a job or two the were more urgent. So the next day he rebuilds the water heater and it seems to be working good but not as hot as what we had before with the old one. So I call Justin back out and he confirms the water heater is fine and that it might take time for the water to get to hotter temperature when the pipes are cold. I was also remembering my dad had turned up the old one probably too high. All in all good service.Garbage Disposal: So are garbage disposal died over the weekend and on Monday we were able to get a Tuesday appointment. Zack came over and looked it over and suggested we replace it with 1/2 horsepower vs a 1/3 which is what the original was. Apparently the 1/3 are not a good. So we gave him the go ahead to replace it and within an hour or so after getting back from the store he had it installed and ready to go. I also asked him some questions on maintaining it and he was very knowledgeable which shows his experience as a plumber. All in all A++.
